Job summary

The Korte Company is seeking a BIM Technician to join our team in Illinois. The role focuses on creating Revit-based 3D building models, generating construction documents, and producing presentation drawings for proposals.

You will coordinate with consulting teams to align building systems within models. Ideal candidates have an Associates Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's preferred) and at least three years of direct project experience, with advanced Revit skills and strong communication

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years direct project experience.
• Capable of developing accurate 3D building models and construction documents in Revit.
• Ability to coordinate building system models with consultants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit 3D building models from project architect sketches.
• Develop construction documents from Revit models.
