A leading BIM services firm in Austin, TX is seeking a talented BIM Specialist (Mechanical/Plumbing) with field experience to help produce high-quality MEP models and deliver coordination drawings and construction documentation. You’ll engage with project managers and superintendents to ensure accuracy in deliverables and contribute to BIM process improvements. This full-time role offers mentorship and a clear path to leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• 3+ years of field experience with Mechanical and Plumbing trades.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models of MEP trades.
• Update BIM models based on field conditions.
• Detect and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
