Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly technical Digital Delivery Project Lead to drive multidisciplinary BIM coordination and digital delivery for large-scale Data Center projects. The role emphasizes Revit leadership, BEPs, and model governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical, professional, or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or professional experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead BEP development for Data Center projects.
• Serve as primary technical resource for Revit and BIM workflows.
• Establish BIM standards, modeling procedures, and project-specific workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM standards and LOD milestones.
• Provide technical guidance on Revit, ACC, and model management.
• Support teams in resolving complex BIM and Revit challenges.
• Coordinate model exchanges and multidisciplinary coordination.
