Job summary

Digital Building Components, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a BIM Modeler to develop 3D metal stud framing models, shop drawings, and spool sheets using REVIT, MWF, and Navisworks.

You’ll coordinate with project teams, manage 3D models, run clash detection, and maintain quality. Requirements include 2+ years in BIM/VDC or 3+ years in commercial framing, plus a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Requires BIM/VDC experience, minimum 2 years, or lead with 3+ years framing/drywall.
• Must read and interpret architectural/structural plans.
• Proficient with REVIT, MWF, Navisworks; familiarity with related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital framing/build processes with teams.
• Develop and manage 3D models, shop drawings, spool sheets, reports.
• Identify and resolve clashes between components and panels.
• Ensure models meet quality standards and project specs.
• Train and support colleagues on DPR processes/tools.
