Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HVAC or MEP industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP) and Navisworks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret multiple discipline documents and models.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Model HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping in Revit to standards.
• Run Navisworks clash detection and drive resolutions.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and track issues to close.
• Produce construction drawings and details from the model.
• Maintain model accuracy and alignment with BIM standards.
• Support field engineering and document management.
• Organize project documents, model files, and records.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to meet NDBS standards.
