Job summary

BIM Engus is expanding its U.S. team and seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead standards, governance, and coordination for complex projects in New York and Florida.

You will mentor BIM teams, drive clash resolution, integrate 4D/5D planning, and ensure ISO 19650 and CDE workflows compliance across trades.

The role combines technical leadership with field coordination, supporting scan-to-BIM, digital twins, and as-built deliverables while collaborating closely with design and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong background in construction coordination and GC workflows.
• 7+ years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities.

We are expanding our U.S. team and seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong technical leadership and a solid foundation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance.
• Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades.
• Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
