Job summary

ARKANCE USA LLC in the United States is seeking a BIM Engineer II to lead production and coordination for architectural, mechanical HVAC, DWV, and electrical BIMs. You will model and coordinate across trades, lead BIM coordination meetings, and support design and construction teams to deliver accurate BIM content.

The role requires advanced Revit/Navisworks/BIM360 skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

• 5+ years of BIM engineering experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe and Plumbing BIMs.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and guide delivery teams for multi-discipline coordination.
• Assist with creation of Revit families and content as needed.
• Support estimation and scoping for new project opportunities.
• Complete weekly time entries reflecting billable work.
