Lynk Engineers in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an experienced BIM Electrical Designer to join our growing team. You will create detailed 3D models of electrical systems and coordinate with architects, structural, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration within building projects.

The role emphasizes BIM workflows, Revit modeling, and collaboration across disciplines to optimize design and construction processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, and BIM workflows.
• Detailed electrical BIM modeling experience required.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 cloud modeling and project setup.
• Ability to coordinate electrical designs with architects, structural, and mechanical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive 3D models of electrical systems (power, lighting, controls, fire alarm, communications).
• Proficient in Revit modeling and producing construction documents and single-line diagrams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes within the building model.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Perform electrical calculations and project checklists.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation.
