• 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Request for Information process.
• Assist Project Manager in processing change orders.
• Maintain document control with Superintendent(s).
• Coordinate project schedules with the design and construction team.
• Prepare closeout documents for project completion.
