Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly technical Digital Delivery Project Lead to head BIM coordination and Revit workflows on large-scale Data Center projects. You will guide model development, ensure BEPs, and uphold client standards across the project lifecycle.

You’ll mentor teams, manage Navisworks coordination, and drive data-driven decision-making using ACC, Forma, and Power BI. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for innovation in Advanced Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or related, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for Data Center projects.
• Serve as primary technical resource for Revit and Digital Delivery.
• Enforce BIM standards, modeling procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM standards and LOD milestones.
• Provide guidance on ACC, model management, and clash detection.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model coordination and client communications.
