Job summary

Atkore is seeking a BIM Designer to develop complete system designs in CAD or Revit for customers, based in Addison, IL or Tampa, FL. You will report to the Drafting Manager and must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

You will build BIM models, coordinate Revit projects, create families, and ensure quality through checks. Collaboration with PMs and project teams will be essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• AS, BS or MS in Engineering, Architecture or similar building design profession.
• 2+ years Revit experience.
• 2+ years Navisworks experience.
• Construction environment and/or Structural or MEP experience preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build BIM models in CAD or Revit for customers.
• Coordinate and manage Revit models.
• Create/modify Revit families.
• Review work for errors before release as complete.
• Maintain standard work/checklists for consistency and quality.
• Provide progress reports to supervisor and project team.
