Job summary

TMP, a national architecture, planning, and interior design firm based in Franklin, Tennessee, seeks a Design Technology Specialist to own BIM practices and support project teams. The role emphasizes Revit and Autodesk Forma expertise, problem-solving, and proactive process improvement across design phases.

As part of TMP's Design Technology group, you will maintain standards, lead training, and coordinate with project partners to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality BIM outputs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for architectural production.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma.
• Understanding of BIM standards and content management.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Revit models.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, responsive, proactive with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day BIM resource for project teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans.
• Coordinate models with architects, engineers, consultants.
• Perform model health reviews and clash detection.
• Troubleshoot Revit and Forma issues.
• Support project delivery from setup to closeout.
