Garver’s Water Design Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a motivated BIM Intern to develop 3D Revit models and create plans, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD. You will collaborate with technicians, designers, project managers, and design teams to help deliver meaningful water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be pursuing a Computer Aided Design associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D Revit models.
• Create plans, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Work as a team with technicians, designers, project managers and design teams to execute projects.
• Arrange resources for file sharing and communication to share design files across the company or with clients, sub consultants, and contractors.
• Maintain strong communication with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and avoid conflicts.
• QA/QC and ensure that all projects adhere to company CAD/BIM standards.
