Job summary

Utopia is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination for luxury hospitality and residential projects. You will bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams, catch conflicts early, enforce BIM standards, and keep projects on schedule and buildable.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Revit models, enforcing BEPs per ISO 19650, leading clash detection with Navisworks, managing data in Autodesk Construction Cloud,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5-10 years of architectural design experience including low-rise residential/hospitality projects.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Deep expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and buildability.

• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
• Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.
• Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries.
• Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards.
• Translate high-end design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, including low-rise residential/hospitality projects.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating high-end architectural/technical work.

• Experience on ultra-luxury or bespoke architectural projects.
• Exposure to international project standards.
