Job summary

The VDC Designer / BIM Coordinator in Boise, ID will develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D models with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This on-site, full-time role targets projects in large-scale industrial environments such as data centers or semiconductor facilities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in AEC and experience leading BIM coordination, with strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manage, and familiarity with Procore and BIM software

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the AEC industry; experience with industrial or mission‑critical projects preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading BIM coordination.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficient in P&ID interpretation and LOD 500 modeling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows.
• Experience with scripting/automation tools (Dynamo, Python, Powershell) preferred.

• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
