Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a CAD/BIM Director to lead the BIM and CAD departments, developing standards, workflows, and technology integrations to boost project efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, estimators, and field teams to embed BIM across the project lifecycle, manage licenses, coordinate model reviews, and mentor staff.

This senior role requires strong leadership, a bachelor’s in a related field, 7–10 years of BIM/CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of BIM/CAD management or related construction technology experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company-wide BIM and CAD standards, protocols, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead, manage, train, mentor, and evaluate CAD/BIM department personnel.
• Oversee BIM Execution Plans for projects.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with client requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into project workflows.
