Job summary

LS3P is seeking a BIM Administrator to join our Southeast-based offices and help lead design technology efforts. You will champion BIM standards, support large-scale model management, and coordinate diverse project teams to improve efficiency and accuracy across delivery streams.

The role emphasizes Revit expertise, Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, and a proactive approach to cloud-based BIM coordination, with responsibility for maintaining model documentation and supporting over 300

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Drafting preferred.
• 3+ years in the AEC industry as a BIM Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM Modeling.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design required.
• Experience with clash detection tools.

We are currently seeking a BIM Administrator to join any of our offices. You are passionate about design and devoted to quality. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, as well as a thorough knowledge of relevant software and processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design process, working closely with technology and project teams to champion consistency and standardization.

A Day in the Life:

• Play an integral role in implementing and enforcing BIM standards.

• Support daily BIM model management, administration, and maintenance.

• Coordinate and proactively support BIM project delivery.

• Complete BIM execution plans

• Ensure consistent use of templates

• Harvest BIM data and move project drives to the cloud.

• Support 300+ users

Your Strengths as a BIM Administrator:

• Strong understanding of BIM software functionality and the ability to work with complex 3D models

• Proficiency in Revit to create and modify BIM models is required

• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, cloud-based BIM model coordination, and clash detection

• Maintain accurate documentation of the BIM model to support project delivery and management, and ensure project information is easily accessible to other team members

• Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges

What You Bring To The Table:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Drafting preferred.

• 3+ years in the AEC industry as a BIM Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM Modeling

• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design required.

• Experience with clash detection tools
