Job summary

Revecore is hiring for a remote role focused on managing accident-related accounts from intake to resolution. You will maximize reimbursements for hospital clients and use AcciClaim and SharePoint to maintain records across a high-volume workload.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in an office setting and strong communication skills. The role requires a private home office, reliable internet, and compliance with U.S. work eligibility. Training on internal tools is provided.

Qualifications

Role at a Glance

Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients. Analysts submit claims to no-fault and liability carriers, maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim, monitor insurance portals and incoming correspondence, and address any items identified through Quality Assurance reviews. The role involves a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including periods of extended hold time during which analysts continue working other accounts.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.
