Talentify is seeking a Billing Specialist in Health Care Services to oversee the full billing cycle for patient accounts and insurance claims in Tyler, TX. You will verify patient data, submit claims, and resolve discrepancies to support timely cash flow and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Home Health Quality Auditing, Billing, Back Office and Supervisory experience.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance

IMPORTANT: Medicare Billing Experience Is Required for This Position The Billing Specialist in Health Care Services plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient billing and insurance claims. This position is responsible for managing the entire billing cycle, from verifying patient information and insurance coverage to submitting claims and resolving discrepancies. The specialist collaborates closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate smooth financial transactions and optimize revenue collection. Attention to detail and compliance with healthcare regulations are paramount to prevent billing errors and ensure adherence to legal standards. Ultimately, the Billing Specialist contributes to the financial health of the organization by maintaining efficient billing operations and supporting patient satisfaction through clear communication.

As a Billing Specialist, you will:
