Job Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third‑party vendor claims timely and accurately
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Maintain ready‑to‑bill delivery tickets and communicate status within revenue cycle management
• Document case activity and correspondence in CareTend for accurate account activity
• Contribute medical billing expertise to improve the efficiency of the revenue cycle management team

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing and collection processes with all payer types
• Strong organization skills with the ability to maintain clear records
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet production targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an infusion suite setting
• Previous remote work environment experience
• Detail‑oriented with post‑billing and post‑payment investigative experience
