Helio Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Billing Specialist to generate medical invoices, post cash receipts and manage accounts receivable within our Revenue Cycle Management team.
The role is full-time, based in Syracuse, NY, with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour and a sign-on incentive up to $1,500. The specialist will handle insurance denials, postings, and reporting while maintaining accurate records and following up on open claims.
To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Behavioral Healthcare Billing Specialist generates medical invoices, posts cash receipts, follows up on accounts receivable and any other duties as required to accomplish medical billing for Helio Health. The Billing Specialist will work Full-Time to support our Revenue Cycle Management team. Successful Billing Specialists will have working knowledge of managing insurance claim denials, posting payments and adjustments within the behavioral healthcare industry. Specific knowledge of various insurance portals and NY ePaces is highly preferred.
This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Pay:$25.00 per hour.
