Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Finance related field.
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue and client tasks using Salesforce Case work.
• Coordinate with internal partners including Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT.
• Document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors.
• Support revenue-cycle projects and SLA adherence across multiple units.
