Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to support PBM Client Billing within the Financial Operations team. The role blends operational ticket queue management in Salesforce with client-specific task execution to meet SLAs.

You will document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors while coordinating with Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT to optimize revenue-cycle processes. A strong Excel background is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Finance related field.
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in PBM revenue cycle environment is preferred.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and approving project documents and reports.
• Experience with SAP, SAP HANA, Access or SAS is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, V-Lookup, Macros) desirable.
