Odyssey House Inc. seeks a billing professional to ensure accurate processing of billings, disbursements, and reconciliations for residential programs. The role supports HRA-related billing and client fee collections, requiring attention to detail and strong Excel skills.

The position offers a 35-hour work week with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Candidates should have at least an associate degree and two years of billing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or current student status is required.
• Minimum 2 years of billing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PDF management required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preliminary & Final billing to HRA for 819 Residential programs.
• Post payments from HRA and allocate by program report unit.
• Track HRA overpayments and underpayments monthly.
• Provide room and board breakdowns for OASAS HRA Residential Facilities.
• Prepare billing and review collection of working/self-pay client fees.
• Assist with other departmental projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
