Job summary

Avantara Pierre is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee billing and accounts receivable for our skilled nursing facility. You will balance resident accounts, generate statements, and ensure timely collection while supporting residents with forms for medical assistance and related financial processes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with accounting experience; a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with accounting experience.
• Experience in billing and accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of billing and accounts receivable.
• Balance resident accounts and create/collect billing statements.
• Assist residents with medical assistance applications.
• Distribute resident cash allowances and maintain accurate records.
