Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Billing Manager to lead the Billing team, coordinate workflows, and drive development of staff and processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely monthly closes, and client-focused invoicing governance.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years managing large teams in high-volume environments, experience in law firms, and strong knowledge of billing systems such as Aderant. The position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to optimize operations.

The Billing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s Billing team, including team member leadership and management, workflow coordination, and team growth and development. The Billing Manager acts as an information and quality control manager for their assigned team.
