Job summary

CFS is seeking a Billing Director in Fresno County to lead our healthcare billing operations, drive revenue cycle performance, and mentor billing teams. This full-time, onsite role offers a supportive leadership environment and opportunities to influence strategic finance outcomes.

Your leadership will optimize reimbursement, strengthen controls, and collaborate with executive leadership to improve cash collections and processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all healthcare billing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop billing and revenue cycle teams.
• Monitor billing performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collections.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, billing guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across billing functions.
