Job summary

Berger Moving & Storage is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Roseville team in Minnesota. The role focuses on billing distribution and household moves within Berger and Allied systems, ensuring timely revenue distribution across branches and partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of office experience, solid math skills, and strong customer service and communication abilities. Evening/weekend hours during peak season may be required, with a supportive, inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Secondary Education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred.
• Ability to work some evening/weekend hours during peak season.
• Knowledge of moving industry tariffs preferred/helpful.
• Must demonstrate ability to perform key office tasks (PC, calculator, fax, etc.).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions.

Responsibilities

• Actively billing Distribution and Household moves using Berger and Allied systems.
• Ensure payment of long haul drivers and local contractors.
• Distribute revenue to Berger’s 16 branches and Allied.
• Work within workflow system to manage assigned orders.
• Interlining of vendor invoices.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives as required.
