Position Overview

Keystone Health’s Patient Financial Services Department is seeking a full‑time Billing and Coding Integrity Specialist to join the team. This role is fully on‑site and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Work fully on‑site, with no remote work option.
• Implement and promote consistent revenue integrity practices to improve compliance, accurate billing, and charge capture at the point of service for optimal reimbursement.
• Audit and monitor coding guidelines and regulations.
• Recommend corrective action and assist with its implementation.
• Provide billing and coding training and education to providers and staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of coding and billing regulations and guidelines.
• Report to the Director of Patient Financial Services.

Education and Experience

• High School graduate or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position in a health‑care setting is preferred.

Licenses and Certification

• AAPC Billing and Coding Certification required.
