Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Billing Clerk to join our office team. The Billing Clerk will support our Client Services Manager in handling the day-to day roof repair billing to ensure accurate, timely invoices and timely month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices within 48 hours of completed roofing services.
• Ensure the accuracy of job details, materials, and pricing before billing.
• Enter data into the invoicing and accounting systems with precision.
• Support timely month-end financial close and ensure revenue is billed or accrued properly.
• Contact customers when billing information is incorrect or incomplete.

Experience Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and following structured processes.
• Basic proficiency with computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or data entry preferred.
• Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and expectations.
• A positive attitude and professional communication skills.
