Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or billing/finance helpful for overview of healthcare billing processes.
• Experience with third-party billing or collections in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract documents to ensure billing complies with contract terms.
• Update information systems to support accurate billing and financial close.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of services to facility clients.
