Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Coding Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports accurate revenue cycle processes and timely reimbursement for healthcare and therapy services.

You will review documentation for billing accuracy, submit claims, post payments, and follow up on denials while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean claims and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing and/or coding.
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10, as well as healthcare and therapy billing processes.
• Outpatient therapy, home health, and/or hospice experience, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
