Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Proactively communicating to departments on problem accounts.
• Working with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for month-end and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
