Job summary

Franklin Outdoor Advertising is seeking a diligent billboard installer/maintenance worker. The role involves installing and maintaining billboards, erecting and dismantling structures, and performing related electrical and safety tasks in outdoor settings.

Ideal candidates will have high school completion, OSHA 10, and CDL representations preferred, with experience in billboard installation a plus. Valid license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb heights safely and work at heights.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.
• Ability to safely use construction and vegetation equipment for installation/maintenance.
• Learn to safely use welding and torching equipment.
• Must be able to work alone as well as with others and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards.
• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structure and vegetation, paint and repair as needed.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance like replacing bulbs.
• Load trucks with tools and materials and drive to sites.
• Complete pre/post trip documentation and safety meetings.
• Set up ladders and safety gear for climbing signs.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
