Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic instructors to teach soccer to children aged 1 to 11 in a fun, engaging setting. You will lead activities, support Head Coaches, and help foster a safe, positive environment that encourages learning through play.

A love for working with kids is essential; coaching, childcare, or education experience is welcome but not required. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends are important, along with bilingual English and Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow.
• Previous experience in coaching, childcare, or education preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to learn and follow Super Soccer Stars' philosophy and methodology.
• MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading soccer classes for children; providing hands-on support to our Head Coaches.
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and physical activity in a non-competitive environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to celebrate achievements and promote learning.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the sessions.
