Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with youth and conducting public workshops/trainings/classes.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain an Identity Verified Print (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZ DPS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ADHS Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program curricula to youth.
• Meet program participant targets as required by the grant.
• Collaborate with Family Services Department and other ADHS contractors.
• Maintain accurate program data in SharePoint, Wyman Connect, and internal systems.
• Keep records up to date for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Coordinate with partners to plan effective program delivery timelines.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with community sites.
