Mobilelink, Cricket Wireless’ largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate. You will help customers find the right solutions, represent the Cricket brand with professionalism, and support store operations while pursuing sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location and potentially work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by listening to customers’ needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending solutions that fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and the Mobilelink brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; may qualify for bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
