Mobilelink USA in Alcoa, TN seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate who can work full-time or part-time to serve Cricket Wireless customers. The role offers a salary range of $25,000 to $50,000 base plus commission, with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide extraordinary customer service, tailor solutions in English and Spanish, support store operations, and strive to meet sales goals while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policies and present a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with tailored solutions.

• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential commissions.
• Participate in outside events or promotions as needed.
