Mobilelink USA is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Sterling, IL. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored wireless solutions.

You will help drive store performance while upholding the Cricket brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications include bilingual fluency (English and Spanish), strong communication, reliable transportation, and availability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication and strong attitude with technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of a home store and able to work at multiple locations in the district.
• Proficient with personal computers.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a neat professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service by understanding needs.
• Suggest tailored solutions to individuals, families or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with store operations.
