AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in San Leandro, CA, to directly engage customers with a consultative sales approach and help them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services.

The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish capability, a strong customer-service mindset, and a track record in retail or customer-facing sales. Expect commission opportunities and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• You'll participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• You'll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority schedules.
• Remain flexible to adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
