Job summary

At Rymco LLC in Lexington, KY, we are seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to represent Cricket Wireless, providing outstanding service and connecting customers with wireless solutions that fit their needs.

The role is full-time with hours Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. Earn base $20/hour plus commissions; top advocates earn up to $28/hour. We offer PTO, employee discounts, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or marketing background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions
• Handle customer issues with care and elevate when necessary
