Job summary

Crown Wireless in Kimball, TN is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to help customers pick phones, plans and accessories. You will work on the front lines in a fast-paced environment, delivering a friendly customer experience and driving sales.

Strong hourly pay starts at $12.50 with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus benefits and opportunities to grow within the company. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a huge plus.

The Role:

As aWireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
• Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background.
• Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
