Rymco LLC in Indiana is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless (Authorized Retailer). You will greet customers, present wireless plans, upsell devices, and help connect shoppers with tailored solutions while representing the Cricket Wireless brand.

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalate when necessary.
