Job summary

Gifted Potential LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Direct Support Aide (DSP) to provide quality in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help them remain independent at home.

This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, compassion, reliability, and good communication. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday, 7am–3pm) and reliable transportation are required; interviews are immediate and hiring is quick.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or Direct Care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families in Spanish and English.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
