Total Staffing Solutions in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Assistant for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role focuses on accurate order processing and coordination with warehouse operations.

You will use WMS, prepare shipping documents, and maintain inventory records while communicating with customers. Fluency in English and Spanish or Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a 3PL warehouse.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using the Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, BOLs, packing lists, and labels.
• Communicate order status and inventory inquiries to customers.
• Monitor order progress and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconcile records.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
