Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to join our operations team. This full-time role oversees budget, labor planning, and daily janitorial operations across three shifts, ensuring safety and quality.

Requires bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA certifications, and 4+ years supervisory experience in related settings. Starting pay is $18.80 per hour; benefits include PTO, holidays, life insurance, disability coverage, health insurance options,

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 10 Hour OSHA general industry training required.
• Forklift/scissor-lift operator certification required by OSHA standards.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory/leadership in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes: staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, labor planning, and cost optimization for janitorial operations.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in their roles.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and uphold safety as a priority; report incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads and daily schedules.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Implement safety programs and forklift training; manage chemicals and PPE usage.

Shifts Available

• 5:00AM-4:00PM | Sun-Wed
• 7:00PM-6:00PM | Wed-Sat
• 7:00PM-6:00AM |Sun-Wed

Starting Pay: $18.8 per hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements For Our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
