Job summary

Pulse Trading Cards seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations in Neptune City, NJ. You will manage inventory, receive shipments, and fulfill e-commerce orders with accuracy and speed.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong time management, and experience with Shopify, ShipStation, and Zendesk. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure on-time fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication with customers and coworkers.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Experience receiving and processing shipments.
• Experience processing e-commerce orders and using order-management systems.
• Familiar with Shopify, ShipStation, and Zendesk.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical warehouse.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately.
• Process e-commerce orders using platforms such as Shopify and ShipStation.
• Monitor and assist with customer and order inquiries through Zendesk.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure orders and shipments are completed on time.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packing, and documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues and report them appropriately.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer orders and inventory needs are handled efficiently.
