You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service, help customers choose products, open and service accounts, and promote fraud prevention and safe banking practices while staying current on training and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Cash handling.

• Spanish speaking abilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer and create a welcoming experience.
• Help customers find the right products and services to support their financial goals.
• Open and service accounts, handle teller transactions, and assist with daily branch operations.
• Build strong customer relationships through sales, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Educate customers on fraud prevention and safe banking practices.
• Stay current on training, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
