Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, with the ability to process transactions and provide information on products and services.
• Focus on customer needs to maximize the customer experience during branch visits and on the phone.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
