Job summary

GreenWorks in Houston is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Home Inspector license and has strong inspection experience in both residential and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid TREC Home Inspector license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of two years construction or related field experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform home and commercial inspections for multiple hours a day.
• Contact clients by telephone, email or in-person at inspections.
• Track inspection activities and update files/databases as appropriate.
• Must be available to work six days a week with flexible days off.
